These terms describe use of OnMyClock at onmyclock.com. For support, questions about these terms, or operator contact information, email info@nudgmi.com.

The service

OnMyClock helps hosts invite participants, collect availability, review matching times, and confirm a plan. Participants may collaborate through an invitation without creating an account. A host account manages the Clockshare. You are responsible for checking the final time, date, time zone, location, and participants before relying on a plan.

Accounts, invitations, and acceptable use

Provide accurate information, use email addresses you are authorized to use, and keep sign-in links and account credentials private. Invite people for legitimate coordination and respect requests to stop contacting them. Do not impersonate others, send spam, harass participants, upload unlawful content, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the service.

Only share plan details you have permission to share. Do not include confidential or highly sensitive information. Hosts and other participants can view information relevant to a shared plan. Forwarding a collaboration link allows other recipients to enter its invitation flow.

Beta access and future pricing

OnMyClock access is currently free during beta. A beta subscription record tracks access; it does not require a payment method and does not automatically switch to paid billing. Any future paid plan will require a separate, clearly disclosed enrollment. Stopping beta access does not itself permanently delete your account or historical records.

Notifications and calendar exports

You can manage optional email updates and browser notifications in your settings. Sign-in and invitation messages support access and collaboration. Delivery depends on email services, browsers, devices, connectivity, and user permissions; messages may be delayed or blocked. Calendar links and exported files may behave differently between calendar providers. Confirm important plans directly with the other participants.

Availability, changes, and records

This beta may change and may contain errors or temporary interruptions. OnMyClock does not guarantee a meeting, a particular match, or continuous access. We may restrict misuse and make changes needed to operate and protect the service. Archiving or trashing hides a plan from ordinary views and may preserve administrative history. Your rights and these terms

Nothing in these terms removes rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. Material changes to paid access will require the separate enrollment described above. Updated service terms will show a revised date on this page.
