This policy explains how the OnMyClock scheduling service at onmyclock.com handles information. For privacy questions, requests, or information about the service operator, contact info@nudgmi.com.
Information used by the service
OnMyClock stores account and guest names, email addresses, Clockshare titles and descriptions, invitations, selected availability, time zones, responses, and confirmed plans. Optional account settings include saved invitees, typical weekly availability, appearance, and notification preferences. Account records can include beta subscription status. The current beta does not require a payment method.
How information is used and shared
Information is used to identify participants, provide access, coordinate schedules, calculate matching times, send invitations and updates, and maintain the service. Other participants can see information needed to coordinate their shared plan, including names, availability and responses. Accepted invitees can see the host contact email. Hosts can manage invitations. Administrators can access records for support and service management.
A share link can be forwarded by its recipient. Someone who receives it can enter the invitation flow. Private sign-in and guest access links should be treated like passwords. Do not include confidential or sensitive personal information in a plan description or invitation.
Email, browser notifications, and providers
Transactional messages are delivered through Emailit. Browser notifications use your browser provider, such as Google, Apple, Microsoft, or Mozilla; enabling them stores a subscription address associated with your account. These providers process delivery information to provide their services. Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical signals for abuse prevention. WordPress and Easy Digital Downloads support account and beta-access records. Hosting and service administrators process data needed to operate the site.
Email notification categories can be changed in Notifications. Sign-in and invitation messages remain available. Browser alerts require browser permission and can be turned off in OnMyClock or your browser settings. The browser may still retain permission after a site subscription is turned off. Installing the web app is optional.
Cookies and device information
Cookies and browser storage maintain login and guest sessions, invitation continuity, security checks, and interface preferences. Technical records may include IP addresses, browser information, timestamps, and access or delivery outcomes. Time zone detection uses the zone reported by the device; it does not require precise GPS location.
Retention and your choices
Records remain available while needed to operate accounts, coordinate plans, retain history, troubleshoot delivery, or meet applicable obligations. Archiving or trashing a Clockshare hides it from normal views; it is not the same as permanent deletion. Administrative history and backups may remain.
Contact info@nudgmi.com to request access, correction, export, or deletion of your information, or to ask about retention. We may need to verify your identity and consider records shared with other participants or required for security and applicable obligations. Do not send passwords or private access links with your request.
Security and updates
Protect your account and invitation links. No online service can guarantee complete security or uninterrupted availability. This policy may be updated as the service changes; the date above identifies this version.
